It met all the requirements I was looking for - for adding a form to my Wordpress website and the layout in Wordpress is user friendly. I was looking for a customizable yet easy to use contact form plugin. I tried about 5 with varying degrees of dismay - then I found XYZ Scripts. This is the only one that fit the bill. The plugin is so easy to use, yet has many customizable features. There was one small piece that I wanted to change but could not. I wrote to the company and within a few hours I had a new php file sent to me so I could upload and the forms would be EXACTLY what I wanted them to be. After searching and testing some of the many contact form solutions that I required for my world press site and finding that the contact forms did not fulfil all my requirements, I was more than happy when I found the XYZ contact form, it did exactly what I needed plus more.
Due to a few errors with my theme script causing an error in the back end, the staff at XYZ offered very fast support and a solution.

I was looking for customizable forms with auto-reply feature, and found XYZ contact form manager. Love at first sight!! I like their interface and usability. So easy to navigate and customize forms with a lot of features. First, I had some issue with some script, but thanks to their great customer support, they fixed it for me like a magic.

I am running a News site for a small island in the Caribbean. I wanted to offer the people an option to post on a Publication Board, but still have good control over what would be posted. I choose to follow the Contact form - Email - Postie path. After experimenting with several contact forms, I found that the XYZscripts solution is doing nearly everything I hoped for. I was having issues getting XYZ's Contact Form to work and I tried everything I could think of, including researching online and having my developer friend try to help out. It didn't occur to me at first to contact customer service because stereotypically widget customer service is not very responsive. But XYZ emailed me back very quickly. They helped me get to the root of the problem, and ended up fixing the issues themselves logged in as me. I found them to be patient, helpful and very responsive. Having reviewed many forums comments and searched the web and read many reviews I choose the plug in “contact form manager ” for my website. Whilst I have little technical knowledge and it is improving I am certainly a novice at website building.
Contact form manager is easy to use can be modified and adapted easily and quickly to suit my requirements.
I recently tried to do something which was clearly outside my range of expertise and struggled to find answers anywhere to my specific scenario on the web. I contact XYZ Scripts support and was delighted to receive a quick response and an answer to my question. Whilst this did not immediately put things right, maybe because of my limited knowledge I had to keep asking for basic explanation, XYZ Scripts persevered with me and I now have the result I wanted.

I am just your regular, everyday person/business owner. I decided to try my hand at making a personalized contact form for our website that would allow our customers to send an inquiry for services, while giving me as much info as possible on the first go around.
