I've just bought Contact Form Manager WordPress plugin. I am glad to have it as it will make contact with my customers much easier. Also xyzscripts team is very helpfull when some problems occur.
I have used many contact forms and this is by far the easiest form to use. It makes me duplicate my forms on my websites easily and I can easily edit according to my needs! We needed a booking form for our training sessions. Apart from the usual elements, we needed to have functionality that allowed dynamic age ranges to be entered. This proved a little tricky for us to apply, but the XYZ Script team offered first rate support, going so far as initiating some of the more involved implementations for us in the admin panel. We’re using the XYZ WP Form and the XYZ PHP Code plug-ins and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that others use their products too.
I am extremely happy with XYZ Contact Form Manager. So much so that I have made it a standard plugin on all the WordPress sites I build. Its easy to use interface combined with great customer support from Jubin Kurian and the entire Support Team - make using it a breeze.

XYZ WP Contact Form Manager (V 1.2) is a great plugin that is worth paying for. I was able to create a website with 7 contact forms all storing their data in the database and sending responses to different email addresses. The ability to add custom fields is fantastic. Support from XYZ Scripts is great.

I am just your regular, everyday person/business owner. I decided to try my hand at making a personalized contact form for our website that would allow our customers to send an inquiry for services, while giving me as much info as possible on the first go around. I stumbled across XYZScripts forms plug-in for our wordpress site & decided to try it out. I was having trouble because I am not tech savvy, especially when it comes to web development. Having reviewed many forums comments and searched the web and read many reviews I choose the plug in “contact form manager ” for my website. Whilst I have little technical knowledge and it is improving I am certainly a novice at website building. Contact form manager is easy to use can be modified and adapted easily and quickly to suit my requirements. I recently tried to do something which was clearly outside my range of expertise and struggled to find answers anywhere to my specific scenario on the web. I contact XYZ Scripts support and was delighted to receive a quick response and an answer to my question. Whilst this did not immediately put things right, maybe because of my limited knowledge I had to keep asking for basic explanation, XYZ Scripts persevered with me and I now have the result I wanted. What was so refreshing was there that was not the constant hard sell of other companies these guys genuinely wanted to help me get the best from the software. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.
We required an easy to use product to create a simple application form for our clients, Contact Form Manager by XYZ Scripts did that for us and was easy to use. With any questions we had the support team were exceptionally quick to help and resolve any issues. These guys are great.
I was having issues getting XYZ's Contact Form to work and I tried everything I could think of, including researching online and having my developer friend try to help out. It didn't occur to me at first to contact customer service because stereotypically widget customer service is not very responsive. But XYZ emailed me back very quickly. They helped me get to the root of the problem, and ended up fixing the issues themselves logged in as me. I found them to be patient, helpful and very responsive. Thanks XYZ! p.s. my site will switch over to the new design featuring their script in a few days, but it's not up now.
I am running a News site for a small island in the Caribbean. I wanted to offer the people an option to post on a Publication Board, but still have good control over what would be posted. I choose to follow the Contact form - Email - Postie path. After experimenting with several contact forms, I found that the XYZscripts solution is doing nearly everything I hoped for. Certainly a 5* solution.

So easy to navigate and customize forms with a lot of features. First, I had some issue with some script, but thanks to their great customer support, they fixed it for me like a magic. After searching and testing some of the many contact form solutions that I required for my world press site and finding that the contact forms did not fulfil all my requirements, I was more than happy when I found the XYZ contact form, it did exactly what I needed plus more. Due to a few errors with my theme script causing an error in the back end, the staff at XYZ offered very fast support and a solution. I was looking for a customizable yet easy to use contact form plugin. I tried about 5 with varying degrees of dismay - then I found XYZ Scripts. This is the only one that fit the bill. The plugin is so easy to use, yet has many customizable features. There was one small piece that I wanted to change but could not. I wrote to the company and within a few hours I had a new php file sent to me so I could upload and the forms would be EXACTLY what I wanted them to be. This one gets a five star rating !!
I found XYZ Contact easy to set up and use with good supporting documentation. It met all the requirements I was looking for - for adding a form to my Wordpress website and the layout in Wordpress is user friendly. When I did get stuck the support at XYZScripts.com was superfast and helpful and resolved my query. I would recommend this plugin
